First, they deliver an unfinished car, A car with a broken part. Is that a way to deliver a Car, which is worth around $125,000.00???
Every time it’s taken for repair, it’s been there for 10 days, 60 days, 2 weeks, but, still the issue is there, not foxed
Cabin Overheating - They can’t diagnose it
Rearview Mirror Issue - Design flow that MB aware of
Driver Seat Problem - They can’t find it, still they changed the seat, but the problem still exists
Display Problem - They said, it is the battery, and the issue is because, wire connected to battery was cut
Engine Light On - They say fixed, but still comes intermittently
Rattling Sound - Say it’s fixed, but still there
Weird Noise - They said it’s fixed, but again came. MB involved and said it’s the issue with Differential Locking, and it’s replaced, but the issue is still there. They don’t know what to do or how to fix it
ESP Warning - Comes intermittent, they say that it’s because of Rain. My understanding is that, it’s for the stability, and if it comes on, it’s not working. I had used Audi and BMW, but never saw this, even in raining.
Steering Jerk - Say it’s software problem, and said it’s fixed, but still there.
More issues, and if start to describe, page won’t be enough, and these are documented.
They do something, when the vehicle is in warranty, but think, when it’s out of warranty, how much do we need to pay to fix, and MB never acknowledge that, these problems were there throughout the warranty period. So really they only care “ABOUT THE PROFIT, NOT CUSTOMERS.”
All the issues showed up one by one, are clearly documented and was taken to the Dealer for repair, but not fixed and returned it, saying fixed. So, how can we trust the safety and reliability of this vehicle, go somewhere with our family in this vehicle, which was purchased paying 3 times the price of an average vehicle, which may be more reliable than this piece of JUNK.
The trick they use is that, when we call for the same issue again and again, they keep on changing the cause for the issue. We only can believe, what they say, but the truth is that, they don’t know what’s happening, and they do not have a solution. If they admit their fault, they knew that, their Brand will be degraded, and thus they can’t claim their Brand to be Most Safest, Reliable and Luxury Vehicle in the world.
